Garnet red colour. Complex aroma on the nose, with hints of ripe fruit and citrus. Rich minerality and full body, saline finish and long tannins. Chianti Classico Riserva 2013 combines well with game-based dishes such as tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and braised meats. A complete wine, capable of enhancing strong and unmistakable flavours.
Aging: 16 months in oak barriques, blend: 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo; alcohol 14%.
