I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and receive a refund?

We are really sorry this happened! Usually we do not have a return and refund policy for this type of event, but contact us and explain what happened and we will help you as best we can.

Does Acquadiaccia ship internationally?

Of course, we ship throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and China

What are the shipping times for my package?

Shipping times depend on the destination. In Italy, we expect delivery in 2-5 working days. To Europe, shipping time is 6-10 working days. For shipments outside Europe there is a standard shipping time of 14 working days, however times can extend up to 25-30 days for locations such as New Zealand, Australia and China.

Can I collect the package at the company?

Certainly. If you indicate in your order that you want to collect the package from the company, you will receive an email as soon as it is ready (approximately within 24 hours of your order) in which we will ask you to inform us of the date and time of your arrival. When you come to collect your package, we will check your email address and order number to make sure it's you.

How can I reduce shipping costs?

Shipping rates are defined by the shipping company with which we collaborate. To reduce shipping costs as much as possible, we recommend placing orders in which the number of bottles is 3 or a multiple of 3. In fact, the wine transport boxes can contain 3 or 6 bottles each and the shipping rate is same even if the box is not completely filled.

What payment methods can I use on your site?

We accept payment with all credit cards, taxes and shipping rates are already included in the payment

What is a credit card CVV code?

This is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card, usually located at the top right.
